Historically the church has been called to times of prayer and fasting, particularly when we have a big decision to make, or need to see a breakthrough in a particular area.
In 2012 the leadership felt God calling the church to be more regular in times of prayer and fasting, and therefore we now have a day of prayer and fasting most months.
On these days topics for which we would like to seek God are published. Some come to our premises in Mount Street and make use of the Prayer Room upstairs in the Bayeux Centre. Others make time during the day to pray at home, school orwork. We often end the day with an hour of prayer and worship in the evening together as a church family.
