Francis Willoughby works part-time at the church as Associate Pastor. He was asked to join the staff in 2004 and shortly after was appointed as an elder. He has a widely varied background, from factory work, to insurance work, to acting, to teaching and serving God overseas.
Francis’ and his wife Sylvia both suffered from cancer, and in 2004 Sylvia passed on to glory. Francis has 3 children and 6 grandchildren!
Francis’ main responsibilities lay in pastoral care, healing ministries, and homegroups. He also often leads or preaches at one or more of the Sunday services.
Since 2013 the church has supported Mark Hirst as he went through the process of ministerial training at Spurgeons College. In September 2016 he was appointed a full time Associate Pastor for his three year probationary period.
